The location was certainly a highlight. i appreciated the easy access to nearby subway stations and bus stops. the fact that there was a convenience store right in the building was also useful. It really made grabbing essentials effortless. the staff were efficient and professional. I really was like any issue would be handled promptly.
The air conditioning was preset and i wasn't able to adjust it below 23 degrees. this made the room a bit warmer than i would have preferred. A minor inconvenience.

The location was central. I walked to attractions and subway lines were close. the staff offered great, polite customer service . i found them helpful and quick to answer questions. the breakfast had many options and everything was fresh. Refills came quickly.
the room's layout felt difficult and the space was small. it seemed like a lot of room was used by the separate toilet, bathing room and sink vanity. i think a better use of the area would create more space.

Okay stay, some issues though

The shower setup was not ideal. The whole bathroom became wet because of the design. I did not find a good spot for towels or clothes (it felt poorly planned). The check-in process also started off badly. I was asked to join some loyalty program and it was a lot of trouble, it did not work, and was a waste of time.

i had a big room with really good views. everything was clean and the amenities were good. i particularly loved the bath. the bath aroma was a nice touch.
the shower room was a bit small so water got everywhere, a bit uncomfortable.

the hotel provides new towels, slippers, robes, coffee, tea, and toiletries daily. the room had an air purifier and humidifier for extra comfort. the staff are friendly and ready to help when possible. i found the staff excellent
I appreciated the hotel's proximity to Namdaemun Market. Myeongdong Market was also a short taxi ride away. The hotel included a convenience store and Starbucks on the first level. I found the triple room cleaned daily, with fresh towels provided.
The breakfast started at 7:30 AM, inconvenient some mornings. I felt the food selection was below average for my needs.
